Barbara Garman, age 66 of Georgetown,  passed away on January 8, 2021. She was born August 19, 1954 in Putexent River, Maryland to William and Elizabeth (Dutil) Noblitt. Barbara married Donald Garman on May 26, 1989 in Pampa, Texas. She was a member of Faith Impact Church.

She is survived by her husband Donald Garman; 1 son, Billy Perdue; 2 granddaughters, Alexandria and Elizabeth Perdue; brother, Bill Nobblitt; sister-in-law, Connie DeBord.
